    Description

    Up for auction is a beautiful commemorative cover sheet issued by the Tibet government in exile in Dharmsala commemorating the centenary of the Universal Postal Union.. In Good  condition. Priced to sell. Nice stamps, cancels and markings. Postmarked April 1, 1974. 242 of 250 made.
    Unusual item, the "stamps" presumably have no legal use and would be classified as cinderellas and depict the Dalai Llama.
