    The individual Coaster is 4" in diameter. The picture is only representative of the coaster you'll get, but close in color.
    Connemara Marble is very special. Not only is it possibly the hardest marble in the world, and about 300 million years old [!], or more, but it comes from a very small region of western Ireland, which is located on the northern flank of the Killary Fjord, in the 12 Bens region of County Galway. It is rapidly being depleted, as the old mines, worked for decades upon decades, are very limited in output, always were.
    This marble has unique origins, as well, and I could go on and on about that, but suffice to say, this is a fine gift for anyone who has been to Ireland or someone who is Irish, or anyone who simply loves' the old sod'. The item pictured is the one you get. No two are alike, nor can be alike due to the color complexity in the stone....a totally unique gift!
