These are the double-flush cutters I invented and have been making since 1995 as the S.D. Model. When you cut a wire, any gauge from the smallest UP TO 12 ga., they will leave BOTH sides of the cut wire flat and square, not pointed. They have sharp,pointed and tapered tips so that you can cut very closely and precisely. They are good for cutting jump rings from a coil of soft jewelry wire, allowing you to make each jump ring in a single cut instead of two. The S.D. model is sized to fit into coils at least 8mm. inside diameter. For smaller diameter coils, use my new L.D. Model featured elsewhere on this site. The illustrated tool may not match exactly the tool you receive simply because I am constantly improving on the design of my tools. However, they will always function as represented. My Double-Flush Cutters are the only ones on the market that have been SPECIFICALLY designed to do this job-- No other double-flush cutters available were designed for this, nor can they match the purpose-specific performance of mine. ALWAYS spread your wire coil open a bit to allow the cutters to cut just one link at a time.  Each pair personally signed by the maker.      USA  MADE
