Had joint leak at junction of new bulkhead (aka "clamshell") and so far it seems to have prevented water seepage into basement. Haven't had a heavy rain yet,so the ultimate test is still pending. I would have preferred fiberglass tape rather than the cloth,which would have made the resin/epoxy application MUCH easier. Suggestion: Wear a pair of disposable latex gloves...sometimes it becomes a hands on situation. HINT: Refrigerate the hardener first;it will buy you a few minutes before things start to set up. SECOND HINT...Go to a Dollar Store and buy a 3-pak of cheap brushes for a buck. It'll be the best investment you can make....

I ordered this kit to repair a rather large crack in a fiberglass canoe. The kit was simple, complete, and had enough product to get the job done with plenty left over. It works great, even when applied by an amateur. Highly recommended! (just remember to wear gloves, it took me a couple days to get all the resin out of my fingernails...)...
