    According to the label:

    5 Micron
    Polypropylene Yarn Replacement Cartridge for removal of: Sand, Silt, Dirt and Rust particles.
    For water use only. This cartridge fits most standard In-Line Filter Housing. Maximum Water temperature 125ºF (52ºC)
    Each filter weighs just under 1 1/2 pounds.
    I do not have a list of filtration systems that use this cartridge, so please check the pictures and dimensions listed.
    Note: In a separate listing, I have some PBB-OR4 replacement O-Rings for BB Sumps, which I acquired in the same lot with these filters
