Original Vintage 1950 Philco Radio Model 50-524 Beautiful & Works Great

This is an original 1950 Philco model 50-524 radio in beautiful condition. I usually look for classic radios that do not work looking for Bluetooth candidates. Found this one and a few others at a recent sale. This one looks to be totally original & intact except there is a little damage to the back panel. See pics. Really like the mahogany wood case all around, no veneer. The speaker cloth is in really good condition. Yes there are a few age marks but to be expected for almost 70 years old. You turn it on the speaker fire up. This model does not have a dial light, it came on the later 50-526 model that year. The dial knobs moves easily & you get alot of AM stations with little to no static. The dial is clean & the glass cover is good. The built in antenna loop works well but hooking the antenna wire hanging out of the original back panel to a long wire is optimum. Very impressed with the overall condition of the case & how well it works . That being said I am selling this radio in as is used condition. Please look at all of the pics.
