I have been a licensed estate buyer for the last 35 years, having multiple locations, and jewelry stores, and I recently closed shop and retired from the retail end of the business.  I have a ton of leftover items, not limited to Jewelry, watches or parts, so I am going to sell them all on ebay.  I have a large collection of Sterling Silver serving pieces, as well as object d'art, in Silver
It is getting harder and harder to still find vintage and antique, beautiful silver items, especially with silver prices being what they are.  Too many beautiful things getting torched and melted.  Sad!
Over the last 40 years, I was able to buy from dealers, who either needed money, or wanted to restock their showcases with new or different items.
This is a real short style older Dunhill, Swiss fluid or Petrol lighter, in a cool checked case, with the patent date on the area of the lighter mechanism, under the top cap.  It is nicely etched, and does not spark, but turns easily. The top is sprung a drop and does not close all the way, but I am sure this is minor and all of you lighter collectors, know how to fix that.
This defintely needs a good cleaning up, but might just need a flint and fluid to get working.  It has been sitting for at least 20 years in my things.  I do not know much about these.
Look on ebay and you will see that there have been none exactly like this, on there for a while, and none sold at all.  It's pretty rare!
Silver is currently at a 5 year high, and I really don't see a reason it will slow down.
I do not polish silver items, as I have found that the majority of buyers prefer the original patina left intact.
I will always combine shipping on purchases of multiple items.

This means that I you shorten a bracelet, or resize a ring, I Will not take it back. Please be sure you want what you have bought, before you change it in any way.
